What's a CTC

CTC@NSW was a $16.45 million State/Commonwealth initiative and was part of the NSW Government's commitment to assist regional communities develop sustainable information technology facilities and services.

CTCs and Telecentres are technology resource sites for local businesses, students, community organisations, individuals and groups. They help communities get online as they move into the 21st century. CTCs give people in rural communities:


The Centres target areas that need them most, small communities with less than 3000 people.

The CTC@NSW project has now completed its implementation phase and the CTCs are now grouped together under the CTC Association umbrella.
